Balancing Emotion

Balancing Emotion

Why should we aspire for emotional balance?

Stressful situations and being busy in our daily lives can often cause us problems. Sometimes it is tough to carry all these busy lives burdens on our own shoulders and some people choose to avoid or suppress their problems while others knowingly or unknowingly attached to them. When dealing with these situations we need to have emotional balance, this may sound quite abstract but true.
Good emotional balance has the power to improve our happiness and relationships. It can also even help us healthy and impact big ways on our well being. In real life, the problem starts to appear when we try to continuously mask our emotions and then forget about them altogether. Over time it impacts us and damage start to appear inside us and emotions start to bubble up.

However, oftentimes it’s easy to forget how important it is to keep our emotions in a balanced state. Overwhelming stress in this modern lifestyle can send our emotions boosting into overdrive. Coping with that stress and learning to the best way to manage it, therefore, can help regulate our day to day emotions. You should learn how to cope with stressful situations and if you are not in control of your stress then quickly it will start to take over you. So much tension and wasted energy are spent repressing or denying how we feel, both emotionally and in our bodies.

When we are faced with any unpleasant situations we naturally react with sudden anger, worry, fear, anxiety, etc. Having emotional balance helps us to attain needed flexibility and hence promotes stabilization between our mind and our own body. In other words, emotional balance teaches us how to respond to unwanted negative emotions and thoughts without just getting stuck in them. It is important to know and apply this in order to increase your quality of sleep, concentration, consciousness, motivation, happiness and hence the overall quality of life.
Only the real attitude of gratitude has the power to change your real emotional state.

Sometimes changing your focus from one situation to another can help ease and gain control over emotion.
Real regulation of unwanted emotion and distress tolerance skills can help people to promote the required emotional balance. Regulation of emotion means identifying and realizing that emotion and take the necessary actions to deal with whatever the situation is. For example, lessen the real tension of emotion by engaging in some interesting activities like meditation, yoga and breathing exercises, etc.

Distress tolerance means accepting the discomfort and learning to manage the short term pain. It increases your coping capacity. Remember nothing is permanent in life… everything changes as time goes. This kind of break and change in focus gives some extra time to think about the solution, which can be less stressful.
No one’s life is perfect. So life does not just consist of happy and joyful moments, there are also some sad, fearful and painful situations. The important part is to know how you can handle these unexpected negative events and how not to allow them to take over you and affect your emotions.

So, hope this article can be helpful when you feel stressed and take life as it comes. Develop the ability to re-balance yourself whenever you experience strong emotions. Hopefully, you will be able to move through emotion next time and start trusting yourself again. That newfound trust shows that you can really take care of yourself and you can manage to work through emotions in a way that feels good.

In the end, don’t forget to enjoy life like a roller coaster ride!!

Training your courage….. emotional courage.

Training your courage….. emotional courage.

Many situations in life call upon us to do something we find frightening, disappointing, uneasy, nervousness, provoking, or distressing, in other words, to display emotional courage by stepping outside our sweet comfort zones and do what we know is right or healthy despite the agitation we feel. Unfortunately, our natural inclination in such moments is to avoid the situation or hesitate, or to find excuses and justifications that allow us a graceful and sometimes, not-so-graceful exit, so we, again and again, continue to avoid the situation.

The problem with continuous avoidance is that it always comes with a unique price. Anytime we avoid something that makes us nervous, that very thing automatically becomes intimidating in our minds. Further, many of these things we avoided so far, end up having an impact on our careers, relationships, or friendships because we are unable to voice our concerns or disapproval or to ask for a promotion, or we end up using our own mental and emotional resources dealing with unresolved remorse or regret. In addition, continuous avoidance weakens our emotional bouncing back and it prevents us from growing and reaching our own full potential.
Tackling or dealing with these difficult hurdles requires emotional courage but what does that really mean? Having emotional courage is actually different than being emotionally strong.

Interestingly emotional strength reflects our own ability on how quickly we bounce back from setbacks and challenges over the period of the short and long term. An emotional courage is about a brief moment, a crucial and a critical instant in which we take an action–we choose to caution our own confidence or convictions, beliefs, and clear intentions and do what we know in our mind is good for us, instead of heeding our own fears and nervousness and continuing to avoid the situation.

In professional lives, It is about achieving good results, it is about leading your team in difficult situations and to do that…. it is hard. It is about doing it from the front with courage in the right spirit. It is about whether you’re really willing to experience that discomfort, risk, and own doubt of saying or doing it. In other words, the most critical challenge of leadership is emotional courage. If you are willing to feel everything, then you can actually do anything. It is about handling difficult situations without sacrificing professional ground. By building that mental state of mind, the courage to say the absolutely necessary but difficult things, you become a stronger leader.

Apparently, any kind of leadership looks very straightforward, but how many people actually lead? The actual gap between theory and real-life practice is huge. Believe it or not, emotional courage is what bridges that distance. It’s what sets great leaders apart from the rest of the crowd. Once you practice courageously, It will start to give you results. It cuts through the interfering distractions, the noise, and the politics to solve problems and get things done.

  • Have the courage to speak up when others remain mute.
  • Be stable mentally and grounded in an uncertain situation.
  • Responding productively to opposition without losing your focus or getting defensive.
  • Skillfully handling people who push back.
  • Raising hard-to-talk-about issues in a way that others agree to address them.
  • Showing up in critical leadership moments with confidence.

Emotional courage means we are willing to connect to all aspects of ourselves and feel and deal with whatever comes up tactfully.

When you want to swallow your pride but don’t choke on your ego!!!!

Bhagwad Gita Chapter 18 verse 59,

If, motivated by pride, you think, “I shall not fight,” your decision will be in vain. Your own material (Kshatriya) nature will compel you to fight.

Ego is the unhealthy belief in your own importance. Having too much ego, can stops from being the best individuals we can be and how it prevents from achieving our full potential. A moderate ego is important and ingredient to success in life. The small ego allows us to compete, strive to reach our life goals and it help us do our best to surpass our past achievements.

However, Ego is The Enemy, it stands in the way of our success. It’s the ego that want you to fake it. It’s the ego that wants to look good and successful and looks for the success instead of real mastery.

Highly ambitious and determined people on other hand, strive to excel in their field and be the best they can be, regardless of whether they become famous and receive distinction and congratulations.

Interestingly the Egoists instead chase after too much of fame, popularity and award, whether they are actually skilled at what they do or not.

Put following checks before illusion of success settled down in your head and then turn into ego.

  • Become Eternal learner: remind yourself that there is always scope of something new to learn.
  • There is always someone who knows more than you, so find someone more skilled than you are to learn from.
  • Often pass on your skill and teach to beginners.
  • Become trust worthy and trust others and learn to delegate.
  • Share your success and share recognition with others in your team.
  • Become grateful. Think, recognize and say thank you to all the people who supported you.

Pride and ego are connected but different.

Pride helps us justify our own ego, and tells us how good we are after a major success that we’ve had. However, pride blinds us to new opportunities and room for improvements.

Ego makes us blinds and inflates our sense of worth and blinds us to the actual reality of any situation. When both ego and pride get to us, we then lose track of what really matters to us and what we need to focus on.

When you allow your ego to control your thoughts, everything you believe becomes an illusion.

Never let your pride keep something broken, that your heart wants to fix. Actually pride makes us fake and humility makes us real.

Hinduism as mythology !!!!! Is it true or false!!!

Hinduism as mythology !!!!! Is it true or false!!!

Don’t know then read below,
Very often we use words called myth or mythology along with Hindu religion. But do you know that you are using “Myth”, which is a big disrespect to your own religion? Indirectly you are saying Hindu religion is all false. It is explained to us that mythology is true to the core of religion by westerners but it is rightly explained to you!!!!

Most religions contain a body of traditional sacred stories that are believed to express profound truth. Some religious organizations and practitioners believe that some or all of their traditional stories are not only sacred and “true” but also historically accurate and divinely revealed and that calling such stories “myths” disrespects their special status. Other religious organizations and practitioners have no problem with categorizing their sacred stories as myths.

The roots of the actual meaning of “myth” Especially within Christianity, objection to the word “myth” rests on a historical basis. By the time of Christ, the Greco-Roman world had started to use the term “myth” (Greek muthos) to mean “fable, fiction, lie” as a result, the early Christian theologians used “myth” in this sense. Thus, the derogatory meaning of the word “myth” is the traditional Christian meaning, and the expression “Christian mythology”, as used in academic discourse, may offend Christians for this reason.
In addition, this early Christian use of the term “myth” passed into popular usage. Thus, when essential sacred mysteries and teachings are described as a myth, in modern English, the word often still implies that it is “idle fancy, fiction, or falsehood”. This description could be taken as a direct attack on religious belief.
This is how the use of words “myth” started historically and then being widely used in modern times to describe various aspects of Hinduism. However it is not being used for other major religions anymore but still in used to describe Hinduism. Let’s see the Ramayan, Puranas, Upanishads, Bhagwat Gita, etc. sacred texts as indeed containing religious truths, divinely inspired but delivered in the language of mankind.

Is Hinduism stories fictitious or lie???

These are some of the meanings of “Myth” in various dictionaries.

  • a widely held but false belief or idea.
  • a traditional or legendary story, usually concerning some being or hero or event, with or without a determinable basis of fact or a natural explanation, especially one that is concerned with deities or demigods and explains some practice, rite, or phenomenon of nature.
  • an unproved or false collective belief that is used to justify a social institution.
  • any fictitious story or unscientific story, theory, beliefs etc.
  • a person or thing having only an imaginary or unverifiable existence
  • an unfounded or false notion

Next time explain this to the person who uses mythology to explain Hinduism. Tell them it is not a myth but real.

The Volunteers, precious assets of the community.

The Volunteers, precious assets of the community.

In this modern lifestyle of hustle and bustle, most of the people are just concerned about themselves and looks extremely self-centric! But on the other side, there are several kind-hearted souls, who are taking the step forward to contribute towards the lives of the underprivileged ones, and if the idea of volunteering for an organization is already on your mind, then why wait… take your first step and connect with them and do your part of kindness. Look around, and see yourself that just how much our world needs more volunteers. There are so many great reasons to be a volunteer, it’ll inspire you to take a leap of kindness.

No work is small, and volunteers are extremely valuable resources for any organization. Whether it’s about mental, financial or physical contribution – everything together matters a lot and can do a miracle in somebody’s life. Being a volunteer, you can directly get involved with a noble work for a noble cause in serving those who need your care and affection. These various efforts build up various elements that make up an entire community. It can be supported to families, improve schools, community health, and support youth.
Believe it or not, but giving your valuable time for a Nobel cause does wonder for your physical and mental health. Your stress levels are actually reduced and your mood improves. By focusing your efforts on improving others’ lives, you’re more likely to lift your own emotions to the next positive level and , decrease your tension which means less stress and a happier you. Volunteering helps you learn various interesting things about people and cultures which lead to your personal and professional growth. Volunteers often discover their own hidden talent and passion which directly improves their self-confidence.
If an organization you know, has helped someone that you love, then giving back in the form of volunteering is a very generous, thoughtful, valuable way to show appreciation. With busy lives, it can be sometimes hard to find time to volunteer. However, the benefits of volunteering can be enormous.

Giving to others can also help you protect your mental and physical health. It can reduce stress, combat depression, keep you mentally stimulated, and provide actual sense of purpose.

Volunteering offers vital help to those people in need, worthwhile causes, and the community, but the benefits can be even greater for you, the actual volunteer. Giving in even simple ways can help those in need and improve your health and happiness. Every volunteer can make an impactful difference. Don’t underestimate your own potential. No matter how small your steps are, you actually have the potential to make a big difference!

The heart of volunteers can not be measured by size but by the depth of commitment to make a difference in the life of others. Then why wait…. go out and connect as a volunteer to experience another good reason for your life…. because wherever there is a human being there is always an opportunity for kindness.

The Lateral Thinking

The Lateral Thinking, in other words, think outside the box.

Everyone is born with an instinct of success and ability to make it but who thinks outside the box really succeed.

Big ideas come from forward-thinking who challenge the norm.

Hence when situation challenges you, think differently but positively and think outside the box, to invent the world you see inside; rather than submitting to the limitations of the current dilemma.

In a general sense to think outside the box means to think about creatively. It is a catchword or buzzword for creativity. But some people think it is not a right metaphor or analogy for creativity.

Thinking outside the box is more than just a new business management or forcing someone to do the same thing in a nontraditional fashion. It means approaching same problems in new but unprecedented ways; conceptualizing or visualize problems differently and try to understand your position in relation to any particular situation in a way you’d never have thought of before.

We are told to “think outside the box” all the time, but how exactly do we do that? How do we develop our ability to confront various problems in ways other than the ways we normally confront problems?

Teach yourself and challenge your brain to look at problems more expansively. Never again be dismissive of or underestimate a potential solution before you have thoroughly thought it through. Think outside the proverbial or typical or traditional box. Out-of-the-box thinking in the most situation doesn’t require people to rewire their entire brains or take courses in creativity. To think outside the box, you only need to ask “Is there any other way to think about this?”

The Critical thinking and lateral thinking will definitely take you to the right direction if it is done in the true spirit of positivity.

The Hinduism – the most environment-friendly way of life.

The Hinduism – the most environment-friendly way of life.

The relationship between human beings and the earth is increasingly complicated, isn’t it? Although human beings are seen as the most intelligent species on earth, they are responsible for almost all the damage done to the planet. Throughout the history of mankind, the Hinduism is very concerned with the relationship between humanity and the environment. People should use the world and the Mother Nature unselfishly in order to maintain the natural balance and to repay God for the gifts he has given.

Hindu religion, the world’s one of the largest. Some take Hinduism as the way of life and practice it accordingly. Overall I understand Hinduism is the eco-friendly and environmentally friendly way of life. In this, you will find how you treat animals and plants around you. It teaches how you can maintain good hygiene in daily living. The river, the mountains, the plants, the complete ecosystems are well explained and are sacred in the Hinduism.

Protecting the environment, the Mother Nature is part of Dharma. The Dharma, one of the most important Hindu concepts, has been translated into English as duty, virtue, cosmic order and religion. In Hinduism, protecting the environment is a very important expression of dharma. Moral behavior creates good karma, and our daily behavior toward the environment has karmic consequences.

Hinduism contains many references to the worship of the divine in nature in its spiritual books such as Vedas,

Upanishads, Puranas, Sutras and many other sacred texts. Millions and millions of Hindus recite Sanskrit holly mantras daily to feel deep respects their rivers, mountains, trees, animals and the planet earth. There are many examples of Hindu action and rituals for the environment that are centuries old and are still in practice.

  • The earth can be seen as a manifestation of the holy goddess, and all the time must be treated with respect.
  • The five most important elements — space, air, fire, water, and earth — are the foundation of an interconnected web of daily life.
  • Dharma — often translated as “duty” — can be reinterpreted to include our responsibility to care for the planet earth.
  • Simple living is a most important model for the development of ever sustainable economies.
  • How we treat our mother nature directly affects our karma.

Pancha Mahabhutas (The five great and important elements) create a network chain of life that is shown forth in the structure and complexity of the cosmos and the human body. The Hinduism teaches us that the five great elements (space, air, fire, water, and earth) that constitute the environment are all derived from Prakriti, the fundamental primeval energy. Each of these most important elements has its own life and form; together the elements are mutually joined and mutually dependent. The Upanishads explains the mutual dependence of these elements in relation to Brahman, the supreme reality, from which they arise: “From Brahman arises space, from space, arises air, from air arises fire, from fire, arises water, and from water arises earth.”

The Hinduism recognizes that our own human body is composed of and related to these five important elements, and also connects each of the elements to one of our five senses. The human nose is related to the earth, tongue to the water, eyes to the fire, skin to the air and ears to space. This attachment between our senses and the elements is the foundation of our human relationship with the Mother Nature of the world. For Hinduism, nature and the environment are not outside of us, not even alien or hostile to us. They are an undetachable part of our existence, and they constitute our own bodies.

Divinity is omnipresent and takes many infinite forms. Hindu texts, such as the Bhagavad Gita (7.19, 13.13) and the Bhagavad Purana (2.2.41, 2.2.45), contain many references to the omnipresence of the Supreme divinity, including its presence throughout and within mother nature. Hindus worship and accept the presence of God in nature.

The earth —  — is a goddess and our mother and deserves our real devotion and protection. Many Hindu rituals most importantly recognize that human beings benefit from the earth, and offer gratitude and protection in response.

Ahimsa (non-violence) to the earth improves one’s karma. For observant Hindus, hurting or harming another being damages one’s karma and obstructs advancement toward moksha — liberation.

The universe is the purely divine creation and must be honored in all its parts. Animals and plants, mountains and rivers, all form part of the earth, and many are worshipped for the noble qualities they possess.

Some of the examples are,

The cow is connected with Krishna’s love and the most holly animal on this planet. It explains the usefulness and importance of cow.

The plants such as Tulsi is very holly and worshipped daily. It’s medical benefits.

It teaches how you should take care of Rivers. These rivers are the lifeline in any civilization.

Mountains like Girnar, Vindhyachal, Kailash and many more are spiritually connected.

Hope you now understand how Hindu religion is not just about practicing religious beliefs but it teaches you about all aspects of life including the Mother Nature. Responsible human being cannot forget about taking care of the environment, which is an integral part of everybody’s life.

Karma, God, and Prayers

Karma, God, and Prayers

One of the unique understanding in Hinduism is that God is not far away, living in a remote beautiful heaven, but Hindu believe that God is inside each and every soul, in everyone’s heart and consciousness, waiting to be discovered. This knowing and the profound feelings that God is always with us gives us hope and courage. Knowing the one almighty God in this faithful and empirical way is the ultimate goal of Hindu spirituality.

But most importantly we all want to understand how almighty God answer to our prayers! Many times it is very difficult to see and understand His response. It is really a big confusion.

In some case, we need to understand Karma. Karma is the real universal principle of cause and it’s effect. Our own actions, both good and bad, come back to us in the future, helping us to learn from life’s real lessons and become a better person. Karma is one of the natural law of our mind. The process of action and its reaction at all levels –physical, mental and spiritual –is karma. It is the Devine system of justice which is self-governing and infinitely fair but its fruits are sometimes difficult to understand. It automatically creates the appropriate future course of experience in response to your current action. Thus we create our own destiny through our daily thought and action. Karma is basically an energy. It throws energy out through thoughts, words, and actions, and it comes back to a person, in time, by other means or through other people. Karma is our best teacher and guru, for we must always face the consequences of our past actions and thus improve and refine our future actions, or suffer if we do not. More we control our mind and think, it impacts our Karma, mind creates thoughts, thoughts create action – good, bad or mixed.

Sometimes your Karma will put you in such situation that you may need to turn towards God through your prayers. You want to connect with God. Even true devotees think sometimes that Almighty God does not answer their true prayers. He does answer but silently, through His own laws. God knows all His true devotees, doesn’t matter in what form they love Him….and He answers their prayers in many ways. The real Devotion shown to God always evokes some form of mysterious but interesting response. No true devotee is ignored by God. People think omnipresent God doesn’t respond to their sincere prayers because they don’t understand easily that God sometimes answers differently from what they expect or ask for.

A prayer that is strong, sincere and deep will definitely receive God’s answer. Maybe not right then but at one time or another, interestingly everyone has found some desire fulfilled through prayer.

When your will is very strong it touches the Mother and the Mother wills that your desire be fulfilled.

Sometimes He answers by dropping a thought in the mind of another person who can then fulfill your desire or need; that individual then serves as God’s instrument to bring about the desired result.

Sometimes it is very good that we do not receive what we think, we wish for. A  small child may want to touch a burning flame, but to save it from harm the mother does not grant the child’s wish.

There are two ways in which our desire can be taken care of. One is the material. For example, when we have ill and poor health we then can go to a doctor for medical treatment. But a time comes when no man-made aid can help. Then and only then, we look at the other way, towards the Spiritual Power, the real Maker of our body, mind, and soul. Material power is really limited, and when it fails, we then turn to the powerful Divine Power. Likewise with our financial needs; when we have done our best, and still it is inadequate, we turn to that other Power.…

When we are hit with real difficulties, first we react it by making whatever material adjustments we believe may initially help. But when we come to the point of saying, “Everything I have tried so far is not working and has failed; what to do next, I’m lost?” we start to think very hard about a real solution. What to do! When we peacefully think deeply enough, we really find an answer within. This is one form of answered prayer.

Almighty God can understand our sincere small prayers even when we can not find the words to say them. But you need to remember that you cannot expect to erase the consequence of your bad Karma with the power of prayers as a bandage to cover it all the time. Power and energy of Karma and prayers can not complement each other but both works.

A subsistent inner profound and peaceful happiness unconditioned by any external influence is an evident proof of the responding presence of God.

He will definitely answer your prayer. A joy and peace will strike your heart. When that comes, you will really know that you are connected with God, you will also know that you’re finally communing with God.

Return on Investment

Return on Investment:

Normally when we hear a word,  ROI or Return on Investment, first thing come to our mind is those financial things and money and all about wealth management or investment, isn’t it? But I want to see our whole life a journey of investments and the actual return of everything we do throughout.

What goes around comes around!

You reap what you sow.

Following Gita Slok is a perfect suit for the subject line.

 कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।

                  मा कर्मफलहेतुर्भूर्मा ते सङ्गोऽस्त्वकर्मणि॥ २-४७

In Roman scripts—

Karmanye vadhikaraste Ma Phaleshu Kadachana,

Ma Karmaphalaheturbhurma Te Sangostvakarmani

The meaning of this verse is:-

“You have the right to work only but never to its fruits.

Let not the fruits of action be your motive, nor let your attachment be to inaction. ”

Further discussion:

Most of the things happen to you is a result of your past action(s). If you invest your time in doing good things you reap and taste good thing. You will not get mango fruits if you planted bitter plant like neem.

Our home is not really owned until we fully paid off the loan (mortgages) on it until then it is partially owned by Bank. So in order to get full ownership of your home, you need to work and earn money ethically and regularly so you can pay off your loan. But how does this reality actually affect the way we think and treat our possessions? Quite simply, when we begin to understand that nothing is really ours, we start to see what all we have today as resources to invest for tomorrow rather than toys or goodies to simply play and enjoy. All of these, not only does it affect our possessions this way, but it shall affect how we use our time, what thoughts we entertain, the prayers we choose during prayer time, and much more and so on.

If you nurture your kids early in their childhood on their character building and provide good quality education then later on you as parents will reap the fruits of time and money you invested in making up your children. Later on you will be compensated accordingly how you treated and nurtured your kids in bringing them up.

That’s understanding of Vedic system and regulations and a healthy attitude toward spiritual investment. We give the God what’s really His anyway as an investment of ours in the form of rewards and return; we’ll receive later on in our eternal retirement.

There’s simply no safer investment. Here on earth, insects destroy the things, thieves loot or rip us off, stock markets can crash, and our hard earned money gets wasted. But when you invest your quality time, money and skill, and treasure in the eternal, your investments have a precious divine return. None of what’s “ours” is really ours. It all belongs to God. So take what He lets you take, but don’t forget to invest it in His holy kingdom, and you’ll receive it back with compounded interest as you maximize your eternal rewards as big returns.

If you focus and work only on the outcome, you are less likely to achieve it. Instead, if you focus and work on the process, the outcome will take care of itself.

If you are not willing to work on creating the right investment process that suits or comforts you – and just rely on the readymade stuff available out there – you face a great probability of ending up with a bad outcome.

“Focus on the karma,” Krishna would tell you. “Don’t let the fruit be the purpose of your karma.”

Focusing on your investment process, and not the outcome, should be your goal.

Here is the payoff: Over the long term as time passes by, a good quality and thoughtful process delivers highly desirable results, and generates better, sweeter and more reliable outcomes.

It is a real discipline of our “Action”, this isn’t any secret, isn’t it?

Why forget bad memories is good!

Why forget bad memory is a good thing?

We have all been hurt, not once but many times. But the most important is what you do with that unpleasantly hurtful situation is probably more important than the actual hurt itself. Feelings don’t die easily because we keep feeding it with all kind of memories. We all want to live happily, healthy and nicely, and at the same time we all have bad memories. But to make your life worth living for a good cause, you need good quality time. Of course, the quality of any experience always depends on how well it sits in our memory if it was good experience it will give happiness and if it was unpleasant experience then it will give sadness. Forget your bad memories because that’s the easiest and the simplest way to be happy. That’s forgetting all the pains of the past, it will make you painless going forward and will make you even stronger than yesterday. In other words, don’t regret the past but regret the time you have spent doing the wrong thing and the wrong company of the people. At the end, whatever it was; you need to forget that time, learn from it and prepare yourself and have faith for better future.

Due to the bad experience of past we usually have the feeling of grudges, sustain the feelings for fear of betrayal. Oftentimes people express the bad experience as negative and justify it do the blame game. We shelter hurtful experience as words spoken by others towards us and rage our response to life after them.We keep on blaming others for our hurt is what most of us immediately start doing. Somebody somewhere did something wrong to us. We want them to acknowledge their wrongdoing, and then expect them to regret and apologize. All those feelings are OK but we need to forget them, forgive those and move on. Harboring your grumble indefinitely is a bad habit because it hurts you more than it hurts them.

Today’s moments are tomorrow’s memory, so always try to make it good and live good moments in its present time. That way it will make your past, present and future, all good. Forgetting your past with bad memories will free up your time so you can use it to think about doing good positive things. Start doing something new which energize you, motivates you positively, make you happy, make you healthy and doing these will help you make some new good memories. These new activities will help divert your focus from old to new found things.

Forget what hurts you but most importantly don’t forget what it taught you.

  • Whatever makes you feel bad…discard it.
  • Whatever makes you feel happy…keep it, treasure it.

  • Good time gives
  • Good memory, bad time gives
  • Good lesson.

A repeated reminder of bad memory can make you forget thousand good ones.Allow yourself to have profound faith, to believe and to regain trust. Don’t allow few bad things or bad memories of past to stop you to live significantly quality life.

Peaceful mind peaceful life

Peaceful Mind Peaceful Life

In today’s life style which has become very fast, busy with all kind of noise. That noise then takes away your peace. Do you often feel pressed on,  distressed, unsatisfied, pulled on to unnecessary things, pushed into unwanted situations, compressed, unfocused or twisted? That’s what actually stress does to us. It twists our way of life and our view of life. We don’t always make the right and sound calls when we’re under stressed and weary. We all know that our current state of life style is not always conducive to peaceful living and existence.  False ego, cruelty, revenge, anger, grudge, resentment, and guilt are often at the core of our daily actions, and for many people, this has become the norm. Our society, in general, can dictate to us that we have to be hyperactive, hypocrite, compassionless, greedy, emotionless beings in order to test the success in life, and we then often forget about the peaceful, kindness, being real, honest, loving components in our daily lives that really matter. Most importantly the first step towards a more peaceful existence is simply being aware of the change you want to create. When we are aware and present to how we’d like to be, that is when we are able to truly distinct at our ideals.

Take a look at the following steps towards peaceful living and notice what you can incorporate for your well-being and for the peace and happiness of those around you.

Inner-reengineering through self-introspection. Looking inward inside you is one of the best re-engineering ones can do to achieve outer peace. Those turbulent waves are only on the surface. But Deep down within you, the essence of who you actually are is calm and serene. Practicing daily meditation and being in alignment with one’s true soul will build a solid foundation for peacefulness. Sit in the silence and deep breathe and notice what you become aware of. Your inner voice will guide you in your life. Take some time out from your busy schedule to really understand the peaceful life you are meant to be living.

Being compassionate in your decision reflects lot about you. The compassionate decision says a lot about you, it says you are aware of others and think about other’s situation. Compassion is kind of good understanding you develop for others. Having Compassion will stop you to bad things, stop you to do harm to others and in return you attain peace.

Forgive others who hurt you in the past. There is no point in holding bad feelings. There is no need to have intense desire to take revenge. Just let it go and you carry on with doing good things in life.

Developing love and kindness to all beings is a good way towards a more peaceful world. Be aware of one thing, remember to treat others as you would like to be treated. What you put out in the world, one day you will receive in your own life. Be the change you want in others and set an example.

Allow it to happen what is in this moment. Consistently having a strong desire that your life was different or in such a way, actually in some way promotes unease, iteration, and distress. Be willing to see the lessons of your life in the now and not focus on the “what if’s kind of conditions”.

Make peace with your disturbing past to live in present but peacefully.

Don’t find excuses as a reason for frequent failures. You must let life flow naturally with right patience and the right spirit. We should stop pushing for the change instead, we let go of our expectations and allow it to unfold freely.

Don’t live in you constantly comparing yourself to others.

Time heals everything. Have patience. Give the time, let it unfold naturally.

  • If you’re feeling depressed you’re living in the past.
  • If you feeling anxious, you’re unnecessarily worrying too much about future.
  • If you are at the peace then you are living the present.

Nurture your soul in a good way

And

Refresh your good spirit in you.

Cyber security for the common man

Cyber security for the common man

Nowadays we see almost everyone’s  presence virtually online in the digital world. That online presence can be in the form of your Facebook profile, Facebook photo album, Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, various email accounts, banks accounts and at many more online places you have never imaged of yet. If those data compromised and used unethically by rogue elements, it can hurt you financially, emotionally, socially and your identity can be impacted. Once your demographic information such as legal name, birth date, social security number, Adhar card, address and zip (address pin code) go in the wrong hand, then you have to worry more and can give you a sleepless night. Such compromised information can be used against you to harm in many ways.

The cyber threat is advancing quicker and faster than we can keep up with it. The threat changes rapidly than our idea of the risk. In today’s world hackers are attacking the web sites of all major banking & financial institutions, government agencies and other important places to gain unauthorized access to publics’ sensitive data. By sitting in any remote corner of the world with help of internet, unethical hackers are launching cyber war/attack on these institutions/agencies which are a bloodless war but can have a big impact on the government and on the citizens. Cyber war is happening almost every day.

An opposition, a pulse of democracy

An opposition, a pulse of a democracy

We all like to live in a democractic country and wants our choice of political party to rule the democratic country again and again. The root causes of the bitterness, anger, and resentment between the ruling party and the opposition are quite natural and obvious. But in any democratic system, the role of the opposition is very crucial for the survival of democracy. If opposition party is not strong enough to point out and raise short comings of ruling government, the government can get a free ride to implement whatever and anything they want. In working democracy, the opposition party represents the pain point of the citizens. Those pain points should be raised in parliament and discuss the solution to eliminate or minimize the pain. In any democratic system failure of the opposition to bring up important points can be disastrous.

The Opposition’s most important role is to question the policies, administration style and functioning of the government of the day and if needed hold them thoroughly accountable to the public. The opposition should challenge the policies of government to protect the basic rights, safety, protection of the people. The same opposition must also see that government is not misusing the power against the citizens.

Any government is accountable for their way of functioning and should remain answerable all the times. The stronger and smarter opposition ensure that these are done rightly all the times. The good opposition should put a spotlight on daily issues of the public and make sure those are taken care and resolved on time.

Opposition party should also see that the current government is taking care of people from all part of the society irrespective of peoples’ religion, race, and caste. The real progress and welfare of the people are well taken care of.

If Parliament is often disrupted by opposition party then it is a failure of opposition. The real functioning of opposition party should be constructive and must debate all the issues in the parliament but not on the street.

Time to time you will see, the People in a democratic country will get uneasy and upset at their leaders and their governments; it’s bound to happen, no matter what form of government we have or who is ruling the country.  In other words, democracy has a unique strength and ability to take the criticism, protest, and dissatisfaction and turn those negative reaction and feelings towards positive behavior.

The health of any matured democracy doesn’t rest on the current state of the economy, or the approval ratings of the Government, or even on the amount of money being dumped into political canvassing. It rests on the true fairness of a system that gives everyone a real voice and gives equal weight to each and every citizens’ vote.

  • Stronger opposition,
  • Healthy opposition,
  • Positive attitude of opposition,
  • Strengthen the democracy.

The World suffers a lot, less from the violence of bad people but more from the silence of good people.

Path of Acceptance

Unconditional Acceptance in life

All negativity is caused by the accumulation of continuous denial of real facts of life and trying to control something on which you do not have any real power. Acceptance of reality is a real key to stop suffering from intangible emotional pain. People who live in continual denial create suffering for themselves by not accepting the reality. Life is a journey, it never stops teaching you. We too have to be aware that during this journey of life many thing changes, some changes as per our wish and some change against our expectations. So acknowledging the real change is allowing it to happen naturally when it unfolds; instead of approaching that change from a place of continuous denial and resistance.

Often times we have seen people are trying to change something which is impossible or trying to find the solution for the impossible or going after something which is impossible. It is most probably something for which you no need to find a solution for or go after for, rather it is a real truth to be accepted.

But our relationship to change can be either better or worse. We can use change well or we can be mystifying and distressed by a change. We can grow or disappear. The choice is yours.

Believe it or not, acceptance, tolerance, forgiving and then forgetting someone’s mistake, practicing compassion in our daily living are life altering lessons.

Accept the reality of life, more earlier you realize this, more early you will attain peace and satisfaction. So whatever the present moments is there to offer, accept it and work with it; not against it. This will have an extraordinarily incredible impact on transforming your life in a good way.

Acceptance doesn’t necessarily mean that we agree with everything happening around us or that we believe it must continue. Also, it’s not the same as our helplessness. Acceptance is also not about accepting our weakness but turning that into the strength instead of surrendering to weakness. Acceptance doesn’t mean you disapprove the situation, it also doesn’t mean you are giving up or being unresisting.

Once you learn and master the real Art of Accepting the things for which the way they are, life gets easier and happier. Acceptance opens up choices and then choose to act accordingly.

People often resist and try to stop the change, resist the condition, resist the situation and then it becomes your behavior; instead, accept the change, condition, and situation then move on. Instead of resisting the change, allow change to unfold naturally and try to understand what’s really transforming and why. Don’t manipulate the things according to your convenience and need but accept it in its real form. What you deny and ignore in daily living, you delay many things but if you accept and go with it, you win.

However, circumstances will not really turn out the way you want them to be; and it’s perfectly all ok. In fact hugging and accepting the situation can help you deal with the change effectively. So why not make the necessary shifts in your life to welcome and embrace the change, and help you move forward after that.

Don’t make yourself senseless to trials and challenges and also you will not gain anything if you escape from pain and difficulties so why live in denial, hence accept it and move on to achieve success.

  • Time does not heal everything.
  • But
  • Acceptance after the realization of most situation can heal everything.

Happiness can exist only in acceptance; not in denial.

The change is inevitable so use it for your progress but certainly, for that, you have to

  • embrace it,
  • acknowledge it,
  • accept it
  • and allow it to unfold naturally.

Cyber Smartness

Cybersecurity for individuals.

Believe it or not, we need to be more concern from defending ourselves of the cyber world than from conventional crime. The cyber crime can harm you more badly than you have ever imagined. As the use of computer technologies becomes more and more deeply and broadly integrated into our daily lives, we then become more and more dependent on it. But this dependency can then makes us more vulnerable if technology can not protect our sensitive information.

Our day to day life, economic and financial exuberance, and national security depend on a stable, secure, safe, and strong cyberspace.

Cyberspace and its underlying systems and infrastructure are vulnerable to a broad range of risk coming from both physical and online cyber threats. Sophisticated and motivated cyber hackers, actors and nation-states exploit vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access to both information and money and are seriously developing capabilities to disrupt, stop, destroy, or threaten the delivery of essential daily services.

A broad range of traditional and conventional crimes are now being carried out through cyberspace. This surprisingly includes creation and spreading of child pornography and child exploitation conspiracies, banking and financial fraud, intellectual property violations, and many other crimes, all of which have substantial human and monetary consequences. Our lack of basic computer knowledge and real sensitivity towards the awareness of the importance of protecting ourselves in the vulnerable cyber world is more critical.

Digital Cyber world is particularly difficult to secure due to a many variable and number of factors. The unethical hackers and ability of vicious actors to operate from anywhere in the world can create limitations for law enforcement agencies to catch them and punish them.

Most critical functions, systems, and infrastructure are now managed and integrated through internet and computer systems but at the same time they pose threat from advanced and sophisticated attack and intrusion from these rouge elements and that is the serious risk.

That is why protecting the sensitive information has become a critical job for a government as well as of the institutions. That’s why cyber security is shared the responsibility of everyone. We each have to do our part to keep the internet safe and secure. Hence we all have to collectively take simple steps every day. So at the same time, we too have to do diligence to take care of our own critical information. We too have to secure our home network, wi-fi, routers, home computers so we can avoid such intrusion in our information. We too have to keep our password very strong and keep changing it at a certain interval. We too have to keep anti-virus suite on the computer on and always keep it on real time protection. Set alerts and notification on your bank accounts, credit card(s) account(s) and in other financial accounts, so any suspicious transactions can be notified to avoid any financial loss to you.

Cybersecurity problems are everywhere i.e. It can be in your smartphone, laptop, home network, TV, GPS, power grid, dam, airports, websites, bank accounts, Cars, home security systems etc. Lately, since couple of years, hackers are more active and attacking various important system with more sophistication over and over again. If we are not prepared to defend then our future is worrisome.

Political Jungle

When to talk or not talk about Politics!

Where to talk or not talk about Politics!

It does’t matter whether you have election in near future or not, interestingly nothing invites a debate quite like politics. Sometimes keeping your opinion to just yourself is difficult. People like to talk about politics in small gathering, party or during extended family dinner and among work place friends. Initially it seems like interesting but when people in the gathering are from two opposite parties, then your political discussion can turn into heated debate and that is when it turns ugly. If it continues to be an ugly then that debate can become heated argument, which can spoil the mood of the party and can spoil your friendship going forward. So why do all these ? I think we should not start or participate in such debate if we are not ready to respect each other’s political preferences and affiliation. So be cautious next time you start such chatter. We should also understand the surrounding before we start such debate because there are such time when it is not appropriate, for example if gathering is of sad purpose (Funeral), job interview and in the religious places.

Political discussions are always one hundred percent biased. Such discussions are not performed with open mind. Person in the discussion are not ready to yield to other person’s good reasoning if it does not belongs to his preference of political party.

Bringing up political issue is like throwing a dead cat in the room. You don’t know who in that room has what political point of view. So if you’re bringing up politics – and the strong point of views that other people may not agree with – higher chances are, those in your company might not like it and going forward feel uneasy in the discussion which can further increases the distance among you.

We should sense the situation before we start such political discussion, if needed we should not go into or start such thing. We should also understand during such debate, the fine line between discussion and arguments. At the end of the discussion or debate both parties are ok but at the end of arguments no one is happy. So why argue?

Unless you already know you’re speaking with a close friend, or with someone who you know shares your beliefs, it’s often best to walk/talk carefully, and in many social settings, just avoid such topic.

It is better to avoid such kind of discussion and for the good reason just either use the diversion approach, to just change the subject or use the direct approach to gently request other person to just stop the uneasy discussion.

Sometimes, even when you try to stop the conversation, there’s that person who just won’t drop/leave the subject then you can say that you have not yet decided or evaluated the candidate hence you are undecided, so you cannot contribute anything to this political discussion.

On the very positive side of another approach is to change the subject matter to something the other person really cares about. Asking them about something they’re really passionate about besides the interest of politics will help you to end the debate without any verbal hurt/wounds.

If needed do your homework or research your subject and keep yourself informed before you open your mouth. Daily reading of the news papers and staying up to date on current events, so you’re able to back it up what you’re saying with concrete facts. This will justify why your view align in a certain way. I believe, this kind of approach not only will help you put your justifications and facts on the table, but to some extent it will help the conversation turn to a more meaningful and productive one. This way it is going to encourage more of a factual and intellectual conversation, instead of just a war of opinions and counter-opinions.

But whatever it maybe, perhaps talking about politics can be sometimes uncomfortable and dicey, but it’s also important for staying informed and keeping the pulse of democratic process alive. In fact in this civilized society, frank conversation about politics is really vital component of any democracy, but it’s got to be healthy, meaningful, respectful, courteous and civil. Beyond all this, don’t just discuss or argue on politics, if you don’t vote in the general election rightly, otherwise you will have to do this kind of political discussions very often.

To keep the spirit of democracy alive, participation in voting by each civilized citizens are key to the success of any democracy. Walk your own talk by casting your vote to most deserving candidate who is important for your state and country.

Believe it or not, most democracy fail because bad politicians are the one elected by good citizens who don’t vote in democracy.

The imperfectly perfect!

The imperfectly perfect!

The Perfection in imperfection……!

The perfectionists are generally the people who refuse to accept just any standard but nothing short of perfection in everything they do or imagine. Whether it’s in the arts, research in science, or doing the business, extraordinary achievers rarely rely on their own expertise alone. They also devote and dedicate themselves fully–and even excessively/obsessively–to the quality. This kind of perfection attitude people are having is due to their fear of making mistakes and hence driven by fear of failures in daily living. This kind of attitude help and motivate these people to exceed and achieve the things many can’t.

Very often we must have observed that the intense desire to be perfect entrap and hinders many people and imprisons them with implacable pressure/strains often creating mayhem in their relationships. This is a very interesting and curious thing, given that many people often believe seeking perfection is a good thing. Like many day-to-day operating assumptions and beliefs in our usual culture, when we take a close look, they may make little sense.

As human beings, we often chase hypothetical, imagined static states of perfection.  We do so when we are searching for the perfect house, job, friend, or lover. The problem, of course, is that perfection doesn’t exist in a static state.  Because life is a continual journey, constantly evolving and ever changing. What is here today is not exactly going to be the same tomorrow. That perfect house, job, friend, or lover will eventually fade to a state of imperfection anytime due to any unforeseen reasons.   Thus, the closest we can get to the perfection is the experience itself – the snapshot of a single moment held forever in our minds – never evolving, never growing.

In it’s the real truth, the idea or conviction of perfect or imperfect are simply our own imaginary construction of mind and have no actual basis other than thought which has created them.So rather than chasing an imaginary perfection, let’s  start chasing life by flipping past the imperfections found on the cover of every entity we encounter and into the blank pages of possibility waiting beneath the cover that will eventually tell the story of our lives.

Individuals in reality, who often seek perfection are more sensitive to the judgments of their surrounding by others. In fact, these judgments are most often imaginary.

With a little patience and an open mind, over time, I bet that imperfect house evolves into a comfortable home.  That imperfect job evolves into a rewarding career.  That imperfect friend evolves into a steady shoulder to lean on.  And that imperfect lover evolves into a reliable lifelong companion.

We don’t often hear about psychological or emotional maturity. It includes our own awareness, self-discipline, duty, correlations, honesty, and integrity. Psychological or emotional maturity requires our own ability to willingly shift our perspective and to have an adaptive healthy self-esteem. These qualities can only be cultivated through our inner quest for self-knowledge.

We should have a right knowledge of developing from inside rather than developing or fixing ourselves from outside. Envision spending even a little bit of more time, self-energy and spending money on learning new good skills, gaining insights, strengthening and improving our own inner landscape. Just Imagine and think about how we’d deepen and expand our experience of life! Imagine if we cultivated a profound and a deep sense of our understanding and acceptance of ourselves and others just the way we are. If our efforts were focused more upon our reengineering of inner connection, we might be able to celebrate all aspects of our life….the inner and the real and the higher life.

Perfect people aren’t real and the real people aren’t perfect.

We are born to be real hence strive for continuous progress but not the Perfection. Striving for excellence motivates you but striving for perfection demoralize you.

The perfection is an illusion!

The Luck

Where is “The Luck”?

Interestingly, everyone you meet will have one thing in common in their desire ever and that is, we all want to have better and improved luck than yesterday, isn’t it?  You will find many who are saying they are not lucky enough or no luck at all.

  • Why one has more wealth than others?
  • Why one sick and other is healthy?
  • Why is one making more money than others?
  • Why one doing great in the stock market but not others?
  • Why one is doing better in business but others are not? Why one is having a bigger house and other is not?
  • Why one is more successful and others are not?

The most common answer you will find is, they all have better luck! Also for some people, good luck comes naturally. For some people, good luck comes only after intense hard work along with smart work. For some people, they have everything to be successful but luck is not on their side. What to do? There is no simple formula or magical key to open the door of luck on your side.

But we can do certain things to prepare ourselves and be ready when an opportunity comes our way and we are prepared to get some luck on our side.

Be positive:

Staying positive and thinking positive creates a positive vibration which can be one of the ingredients of being lucky. Being reasonably optimistic can help you relieve your stress which can bring peace. A peaceful person has more clarity about life to make decisions to be more successful. Have a clear objective of your goals.  But on other hand people with a negative attitude can not think constructive and see the problem in everything they do, so how come luck can be on their side.

Positive imagination:

Surround yourself with positive minds of people and see the ripple effect of positivity in your imaginations. Positive imagination can help make big plans and give you the energy to create something to move forward. When you step forward, you can meet your luck.

Do good Karma:

Believe in good karma, what goes around comes around, in other words, do good to others, it will bring back goodness to you in some form. When something starts happening well and good then it is called luck.

Turn to the God and be spiritual:

When nothing works in your favor then turning only towards God is one reactive thing do but remembering God every day is impactful. As a ritual of praying before you do anything can also bring blessing from the God. Requesting God to give you the strength you need to do your job, skill to perform your task and guidance to make sound decisions are all that you can request the kind of help you want from the God. Once you start getting the mercy of the God, these are nothing but the signs of better luck.

Work Hard & work smart but quietly:

Many times situation demands just working hard but with smartness and leave rest of the things to the natural course. Let your success makes all the noise, not you.

Right knowledge:

Smartness comes from having right knowledge at right time and using the knowledge at suitable time & place. Make sure just to have knowledge but not the ego of the knowledge.

Above all are the required ingredients of success and can bring luck as long as you have the right attitude, ethics, kindness, health, empathy and with a right balance of emotional intelligence. Have clear purpose of life. No one is perfect so accept the imperfect things and keep on improving from your life lessons.

Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.

Loneliness reassessed

Loneliness reassessed

Believe it or not, you will find the different stages/level or different kind of loneliness during the life. Loneliness is painful. Loneliness is not just about being lonely or having too fewer friends but it is sometimes just a state of mind or thought process of having less than others or lack of something in the lives or being less perfect. But no matter, whatever form it is if the loneliness comes; we need to defeat it and escape from it.

Loneliness varies from one situation to other and sometimes it is just plain subjective. It also varies from person to person based on individual tolerance level to the situation.

The reality is, more you feel lonely, the more you feel incompetent and good-for-nothing, then the more you quit believing anyone will ever like or love you, the more you go towards isolation. With that belief of potential rejection or desertion, the lonely person is unable to put their best foot forward with required confidence in any given situation. Hence, quickly loneliness feeds onto itself.

Often times some friends, colleague, relatives are just jealous of your lifestyle and the only way they revenge is by trying to isolate you in social settings. Whoever can not handle that isolation mentally or emotionally, then slowly go towards self-imposed loneliness.

Sometimes other friends with whom you were hanging out are not having a problem with you but they themselves are feeling loneliness and are not only disconnected from you but from rest of the world. Give them benefits of this kind of situation in their life and reaching out to them can help you both from misunderstanding.

Find a middle ground to your loneliness. It is highly possible that the same friends or relatives who used to like your company in the past, may continue to like your company in the present time as well but either of you maybe too busy with other priorities in life and are being not in touch lately. If someone is out of touch with you is nothing to do with you. It may be possible that it is their own busy lives, their own competing priorities, stresses/problems or opportunities that led to the “disconnect” between you. So reconnecting can bring that joy back.

No matter what it is,

  • Don’t fear rejection.
  • Don’t fear isolation.
  • Don’t fear to bully.

Instead….

  • Stay positive.
  • Stay ethical.
  • Stay focused.
  • Stay connected.
  • Keep patience
  • Keep peace.
  • Fight insecurity.
  • Fight prolonged outburst of seclusion.
  • Love yourself.
  • Remove and fix negative view of yourself if any.
  • Keep your old friends but try to make some new friends too.

Life is too short to waste on suffering from core problems like loneliness and rejection. Instead, Open up, take a chance, take a calculated risk and access the hidden but good part of you that deserves true and loving companions. Heal your wounds. Learn to love yourself and people around you and eliminate that loneliness from your valuable and lovely life!

The tendency of unhappiness

The tendency of unhappiness in people

In our daily living, the happiness is something we all strive to achieve. People who are not able to handle life situations very well then make their life difficult. Sometimes the inability to come out of various problems gives setback and sadness, these can pull you towards the darkness of unhappy life. Most importantly the real unhappiness is nothing but our decision to how we choose to live our lives.

People with average or above average happiness do not complain much in their lives and those people also do not use frequent excuses for their failures/problems. Instead, these people take their problems as a challenge and move forward to convert those challenges into the success.

On the other side, constant complainers always look for a way to find the problem even in good situations and spread the negative vibrations around them.

Happiness is something we all have inside us so we have to discover that inward instead of looking outward in material life. Hence don’t get trapped into an illusion of life but actual happiness comes from an understanding of the reality of life.

We are the architect of our own personality and our image. We all have various types of circumstances good-bad, happy moments – bad moments, like-unlike, favorable-unfavorable, desired-undesired but whatever these situations are, they are ours, either we cherish them or face them. These are either end result of our good work or consequence of bad or sometimes it is just a plain bad luck. Accept these and find a solution to the problem or enjoy the moments of good results of your hard work.

Fear of failure, fear of not able to achieve the unrealistic desire. Constant worrying about the future keeps you unhappy.

Feeling good and happy are the right we all deserve but making it good is our responsibility, no one else does it for you so why not accept the challenge and make it good/happy.

Believe it or not, no one in this world has everything they want. There is always something lacking in our lives. Why not understand these differences and true reality of life?  Take center stage in your life…..in the right way….and live a positive life.

In other words, happy people focus on what they have, and unhappy people focus on what’s lacking/missing. Don’t undervalue what you have and overvalue what other’s have. Everyone is unique.

  • Don’t regret your past.
  • Don’t live in the past.
  • Don’t daydream or worry about future.

Instead, learn from your past and use it as guidance to improve and live in present, so your future self will automatically love you for the good fruits. While exercising the full potential of God given strength, ability, a gift of expertise, make your God-given existence more empowered and meaningfully happier.

  • Don’t expand your fear.
  • Don’t expand your negativity.
  • Don’t expand your grudges.
  • Don’t expand your jealousy.
  • Don’t expand your cruelty.
  • Don’t expand your bad.
  • Don’t expand your problems.

Fear, worry and anxiety

Control your life with God, before life controls you.

Remember those time in your life, when you felt helpless, lost, sad, fear of failures and had no idea of how to move forward. The reality of life is at some point or other, we all go through that struggle.

There are so many types of failures and fears. Fear of failure, fear of insecurity, fear of not able to do the things you want, fear of past karma and so on. Worry does nothing but steals your joy. It makes absolutely no sense to worry about the things in our life on which we have no control over. All these anxiety, worry, fear…can conquer us with a darkness and cover with thick shadow then start controlling our every moves and decision. If you continue to live this way then you will go towards darkness.

There are so many things going around us, today I see there are more crazy things going around than good things. There are so many crazy things like war, civil war, violence, hate crime, discriminations, crime, terrorism, financial insecurity, unemployment, complex incurable diseases and much more. We fear and worry for our future and our kids’ future and our own safety..this list is long and can go on and on. There are very few good things happening around us, isn’t it? At the same time, we spend our most of the valuable time on the things which even never ever happened and not yet experienced those things. We spend our time in so many “what if….then….else” kind of conditional thoughts. We then end up spending our life under the heavy weight of all these false worries and unnecessary fear.

To overcome all these unnecessary worries and fear in life,

  • We should turn towards spirituality, the real world of God.
  • Read the books on spirituality.
  • Listen to religious discourses. It works as mind scrubber and good thought provoking.
  • Develop profound faith in God.
  • Do regular prayers.
  • Do some humanity work regularly.
  • Do some charity.
  • Do something good for the environment and the nature around you.
  • Do some animal welfare.
  • Be compassionate.
  • Use more grace-filled words.
  • Manifest love in life.
  • Believe in good karma and practice in daily living.
  • Stay away from negativity and focus only on positive.

Understand that there are many things we can try to understand but there are many we can’t understand, so don’t try to look for an answer for everything in the world/life. Instead live happily, why worry and let go the thing you can not change nor improvise, let nature take it course.

You will start walking away from the dark path. Slowly you will start experiencing positive vibes, good confidence about life, the worries which once used to control you and once it was taking you downward in its spiral of the anxious coil has started diminishing. You will start having clarity in life and ray of good hope. Your soul will start experiencing soothing effect and your spirit will calm down which will give you peace. You will improve in the decision of good and bad with precise clarity. You will tilt towards understanding the real truth of a reality of life. You will no longer dishearten and disappointed in distress.

Time to time, It is possible that you will still feel afraid but you will have right confidence and understanding to tackle those things successfully. You will no longer fear unnecessarily because your profound belief in God will give you strength, understanding, and guidance.

  • The God has purpose for your pain,
  • A reason for your struggle,
  • A reward for your faithfulness.

So why worry, have faith in the God’s plan and don’t give up.

Remember one thing, you’re never alone, the God is with you all the time. As long as you know God is with you, it doesn’t matter who is against you.

Nothing last forever, not even your problems/troubles. Always have an attitude of looking out for the ways to turn your problems into the success and nurture your dreams. Overcoming our daily challenges are what makes each of us life meaningful.

A man asked The God that why he is being taken through water, the God replied because your enemy cannot swim. This explains itself that you don’t have to worry and fear when you know from where your help is coming from.

If the God is what you have then you have all what you need. Just think about it.
